Support, Reporting and Data Requests
TOPSET SUPPORT, REPORTING AND DATA REQUESTS
Effective Date: October 16, 2026
1. Contacting Us
Email info@topset.cloud. This is our single point of contact for users, for anyone reporting content, and for government and regulatory authorities, including under Articles 11 and 12 of the EU Digital Services Act. We read and answer messages in English.
Postal address: TopSet Inc., 1133 South Blvd, Oak Park, IL 60302-2998, United States.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. We cannot respond to emergencies.
2. Reporting Content or a User From the App
If you have a TopSet account, use the Report option in the app on the content or the person you want to report, and choose the reason that fits best. You can also block another user from the app. Blocking is described in Section 8a of our Terms of Service.
3. Reporting Content If You Do Not Have an Account (Notice and Action)
Anyone can tell us about content on TopSet that they believe is illegal or breaks our Terms of Service, whether or not they use TopSet. Email info@topset.cloud with the subject "Content report" and include:
(a) where the content is, as exactly as you can: a link, the username of the account that posted it, the name of the challenge or conversation, and the date, or a screenshot;
(b) why you believe it is illegal or breaks our Terms, and, if it is illegal, which law you believe it breaks;
(c) your name and email address, unless your report concerns child sexual abuse material, in which case you may report anonymously; and
(d) a statement that you believe in good faith that the information in your report is accurate and complete.
We confirm that we received your report, review it, and tell you what we decided and how you can seek redress. If we remove or restrict the content, we also tell the person who posted it, with our reasons, as described in Section 8a of our Terms of Service.
4. People Filmed Without Permission and Content Showing Minors
If a video shows you without your permission, or shows a child without a parent's or guardian's permission, report it in the app with the reason for privacy or consent or the reason for a minor, or email info@topset.cloud with the subject "Privacy report". Parents and guardians can report content showing their child. We review these reports first.
5. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
If you believe content on TopSet infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated copyright agent:
Copyright Agent, TopSet Inc., 1133 South Blvd, Oak Park, IL 60302-2998, United States; email info@topset.cloud with the subject "DMCA notice".
Your notice must include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed; (3) identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough information for us to find it, such as a link, a username, or a challenge name; (4) your address, telephone number, and email address; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
If we removed your content after a notice and you believe it was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same agent. Section 13a of our Terms of Service lists what a counter-notice must contain and explains our repeat-infringer policy. Sending a notice or counter-notice that you know is false can make you liable for damages.
6. Getting a Copy of Your Data, Correcting It, or Deleting It
Delete your account: in the iOS app, go to Settings and choose Delete Account. Section 11 of our Privacy Policy explains what deletion removes.
Everything else: email info@topset.cloud from the email address on your account and tell us what you want: a copy of your data, a correction, deletion of specific data, a restriction of or objection to how we use it, withdrawal of a consent you gave, or a list of the third parties and service providers that received your data. If you cannot email from that address, tell us, and we will verify your identity another way.
We answer within one month. If a request is complex or we receive many requests, we may extend that by up to two more months and will tell you why within the first month. For consumer health data requests under Washington, Nevada, or Connecticut law, see topset.cloud/health-data.
7. If You Disagree With a Decision
If we removed or restricted your content or account, or decided not to act on your report, you can ask us to look again. Reply to our decision email, or email info@topset.cloud with the subject "Appeal", within six months of the decision, and tell us why you think the decision was wrong. A person who was not involved in the original decision reviews it. If you are in the European Union you may also use an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under Article 21 of the Digital Services Act, and you can always go to court.
For privacy requests, you can also complain to your data protection authority, and for consumer health data requests you can appeal as described at topset.cloud/health-data.
